Our Santa meet-and-greet is designed to be a bit quieter and more personal, giving each child a little extra time to make it special. Because of this, spots fill up fast, and walk-ins can’t be guaranteed.
We’re here to make magical memories with you! Feel free to take photos – our elves will gladly lend a hand, but they might not have time to get every shot picture-perfect. We’re all about the fun and joy of the moment!
Afterward, Mom and Dad can enjoy browsing our two gift shops and exploring over 40 wonderful artists and makers outdoors at the Merry Outdoor Market.

Reserving tickets online is quick and easy – it saves you time and ensures your child gets their special moment with Santa. Booking ahead also helps us create a smoother, more relaxed experience for everyone!
Holiday Balloon Add-On
Add a little extra holiday cheer with a festive, helium-filled foil balloon! Your child will receive a Holiday character like Santa, a jolly snowman, a gingerbread friend, a reindeer, a candy cane or a Christmas tree.
